Sunday morning ashtanga practice

Practicing before teaching on a Sunday morning 🙂 The mind is a little calmer than in the second part of the day. Face is still sleepy. The body is a little stiff, but feels more rested and fresh after a usually free Saturday. The extra heaters are ON (because you know…Scandinavia, winter, cold, we need the extra heating for some little sweating during yoga these months haha)
