Yin yoga

Slow paced quiet contemplative style of yoga. Postures are hold for longer periods of time and target the deepest tissues of the body: ligaments, joints, bones, deep fascia network. The body is completely passive while holding the postures. We use bolsters, pillows, blocks and belts which facilitates deep rest and recovery.

Dynamic yoga class focusing on strength, balance, coordination, synchronizing breath with movement.
