YOGA

Yin

Slow paced, quiet, contemplative, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. By holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga helps increase flexibility, improve circulation, and enhance the flow of energy through the body. This practice encourages mindfulness and introspection, allowing you to release stress, tension, and emotional blockages. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and is a perfect complement to more dynamic yoga styles, promoting a sense of calm and balance in both body and mind.

restorative

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to soothe the nervous system and promote overall wellbeing. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is fully supported, allowing the body to completely relax and release tension. Poses are held for longer durations, typically 5-20 minutes, to facilitate deep rest and healing. Restorative Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and foster a state of inner peace. This practice is ideal for anyone seeking to unwind, recharge, and cultivate a sense of tranquility and mindfulness. Recommended to all levels of practice.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, fluid and strengthening practice rooted in traditional yoga, infused with play and creativity, characterized by a continuous flow of movement synchronized with the breath. Each pose seamlessly transitions into the next, creating a graceful and invigorating sequence. This style of yoga builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while fostering a deep sense of focus and presence. Vinyasa Yoga is known for its creative and varied sequences, often incorporating elements of balance, inversion, and core work. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, though a bit of intensity is part of the experience. Vinyasa Yoga offers a challenging yet adaptable practice that invigorates the body and calms the mind.

slow flow

Slow Flow is a mindful practice that combines elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. This class emphasizes slow, intentional movements and longer holds in each pose to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance. The slower pace allows for greater attention to alignment and breath, making it accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Slow Flow Yoga encourages a deep connection to the present moment, promoting mindfulness and relaxation while building a strong, resilient body. This practice is perfect for those looking to find a meditative flow that nurtures both body and mind.
