For all our weekly classes, we do Zoom online yoga and in person for small groups at the studio (with space between mats).

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-7:15 PM

Saturdays Ashtanga/Vinyasa at 9:30 – 11:30 AM

All levels of practice are welcome. Complete beginners welcome! Classes are tailored on the group’s needs changing from softer practices to dynamic and strengthening.
