WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

Monday 6-7:15 PM: Vinyasa yoga ( Energizing yoga for the week)

Tuesday 6:30 -8:30 PM: Ashtanga Yoga all levels (Guided + Self practice)

Thursday 6 – 8 PM: Guided Ashtanga & Mysore Style

Friday 6 – 7:15 PM: Gentle Hatha Yoga (winding down for the weekend)

***Classes are open to ALL levels of practice from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners. However if you have never practiced yoga before we advise to attend Friday or Monday as your first class. If those days are not suitable for you, feel free to message us and will try to find a solution in this case.
