Unfold Your Mat studio is located on Olbersgatan 12 near Skatås, Kålltorp area in Gothenburg. It offers international yoga classes bringing together many nations of the world in the same yoga room . Every week people from North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Europe join our classes in Gothenburg.
The teaching language is English. Where needed you can be guided in French, Romanian or Swedish.
Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and eye pillows are provided in order to be used during the class. If you prefer you can bring your own.
