No class on May 1st 2019.

NOTE: Classes are open to ALL levels of practice from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners. However if you have never practiced yoga before I advise to attend Friday or Sunday as your first class.


*Mats, blankets and props are provided in order to be used during the class. If you prefer you can bring your own.


Monday 7:15 – 9:00 PM: Mysore Style (self practice ashtanga yoga with teacher assistance)

Wednesday 6-8 PM: Guided Standing sequence + Mysore Style (self practice ashtanga yoga with teacher assistance)

Friday 6 – 7:15 PM: Gentle Hatha Yoga

Sunday 12-13:15 PM: Vinyasa Flow yoga
