No yoga classes during summer 2019. Autumn yoga season starts on August 13th,2019. Feel free to email us for more information about the yoga practice and our classes.

NOTE: Classes are open to ALL levels of practice from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners. However if you have never practiced yoga before we advise to attend Friday or Sunday as your first class. If those days are not suitable for you, feel free to message us and will try to find a solution in this case.

*Mats, blankets and props are provided in order to be used during the class. If you prefer you can bring your own.

Tuesday 6:30 -8:30 PM: Mysore Style (self practice ashtanga yoga with teacher assistance)

Thursday 6:30 -8:30 PM: Guided Standing sequence + Mysore Style (self practice ashtanga yoga with teacher assistance)

Friday 6 – 7:15 PM: Gentle Hatha Yoga

Sunday 12-13:15 PM: Vinyasa Flow yoga
