Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is ask for help 💗💗 It's share what weights heavy on our shoulders with a dear friend. It's cry and hold our own hand. Darling, being strong is keeping that beautiful heart of yours open. Maybe we don't need to have an answer and solve all our issues right here, right now. Maybe the biggest gift we can give ourselves in this very moment is to stop, take a deep breath, let that pain and negativity go through us and above us without becoming it. There will be an answer. 🌼On motivation 🌼 Motivation is about reaching the point of finally becoming emotionally mature and having the character to do the right thing without externalising your issues or "motivators"🔥 Motivation = taking responsibility Motivation = you understand that everything begins with respecting and taking care of your body and mind ❤️ Motivation = you understand that you have the power to choose where you put your energy, how you spend your time, with whom you share it and nobody is responsible to choose better for you than yourself 🌺 Other people or the things they make, say or put out there into the world can inspire us, teach us on the things we yet don't know, open our eyes and show us new perspectives, BUT if we are not willing to do the internal work, work with our minds, habits and continue to make self exploration and growth a life long habit ➡️🏹 then nothing's gonna change or improve and we will stop growing.
