Since November 2016 I have dedicated myself to the daily practice of traditional Ashtanga yoga. I am very grateful to all the people and teachers that lead me further on this path and guided me as an invisible voice into understanding more about the mysteries of the human consciousness and life itself.

I believe the road to success is a continuous exploration and play. We should never stop learning and exploring. The secret to a happy life is to never stop exploring. We are eternal students. If we take on the responsibility of teaching others is even more important to never stop approaching things with the beginner’s mind.
