* Monday & Wednesday 5:30 – 7:30 PM: Small group classes up to 6 people (Living room yoga ) – Mysore Style (self practice ashtanga with teacher assistance). This is similar to a private class in a group setting. Assistance can come in the form of physical adjustments, verbal tips that can increase mental and body awareness, learning the sequencing and understanding the meaning of the ashtanga yoga method, learning the vinyasa steps and count, breath awareness.
*Friday at 6 PM ( Address: Nordostpassagen 55, Göteborg) – Gentle Hatha Yoga All levels. Perfect class to restore and release the tension accumulated during the work week. Get ready for weekend with a fresh body and mind!
* Sunday at 12 PM ( Address: Nordostpassagen 55, Göteborg) – Ledd ashtanga All Levels. Energizing class that takes you on a journey into traditional vinyasa yoga.
*Mats, blankets and props are provided in order to be used during the class. If you prefer you can bring your own.
